My academic journey provided a strong analytical framework, beginning with a BA in Accounting and further solidified by a Master’s in Administration. These qualifications, combined with decades of practical application, equip me with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, financial principles, and effective management strategies, all tailored to the equine industry
For over 30 years, I’ve dedicated myself to riding and training horses and ponies in various english disciplines including hunters, jumpers, eventing and dressage. This extensive hands-on experience has given me an understanding of equine behavior, training methodologies, and the nuances of various equestrian sports. My commitment to excellence in the saddle continues through achieving both my USDF Bronze and Silver Medals and numerous Horse of the Year awards. I’ve personally competed through Intermediate II Dressage, and I continue to pursue the last two scores needed for my USDF Gold Medal, a testament to my dedication and skill at the highest levels of the sport.
Beyond my own achievements, I’ve spent 30 years sharing my knowledge and passion through teaching. My students’ successes are a source of immense pride, including five who have achieved USDF bronze medals, those who have won Young Riders national championships and others who have been ranked nationally in USDF Dressage and USHJA Jumpers. This extensive teaching background has honed my ability to clearly articulate complex concepts, identify core issues, and guide individuals toward their goals.
